What you’ll do at Prometheus Safe & Secure
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you’ll:
- Play a key part in multi-disciplinary patient transfers: informal, Section 136, court orders, home pickups, and A&E observation duties.
- Use de-escalation or safe physical intervention when needed.
- Ensure vehicle and patient safety.
- Communicate clearly with patients, our team, and NHS colleagues.
- Record important details and report issues.
- Support a safe, caring transfer from start to finish.
