      Do you provide mixed gender teams?
      Our dedicated team of clinical logistic managers are on hand to provide a suitable staff skill mix for each and every journey. We take into account Gender, Current presentation, Section and complete a thorough risk assessment before deciding on the most suitable staff to attend the transfer
      Are all the Patients Restrained?
      No, Prometheus staff are all trained in De-escalation Management and Intervention. Prometheus follow the line of least restrictive practice. Only a small percentage of patients require physical intervention.
      What are your business hours?
      We are a 24/7 365 day Service. Teams are despatched within the hour regardless of booking time.
      Do you Provide a wheelchair service?
      Yes, we are fully equipped and trained in the transfer of patients in need of a wheelchair.
