Our impressive fleet of vehicles means we can provide on-demand capacity and some of the fastest response times in the industry, with all teams despatched within an hour.
The quality of our private ambulances is a key part of our premium service. Patients are transported safely but comfortably, with plenty of space to accommodate our ratio of at least three Prometheus staff to each patient. We can also provide vehicles which are accessible for wheelchair users.
Health and safety is always our number one priority. Our vehicles are regularly deep cleaned and are equipped with full PPE as well as items to ensure the patient is comfortable on their journey, including bottled water. A full list is available on request.
